My Story
Why I do this work
Photography chose her before she chose it. Her mother handed her a Canon AE-1 before she started middle school, and something shifted. Not just in the camera, but in the way she started moving through the world. Looking for the light before the subject. Waiting for the moment before the moment.
After a decade of shooting every kind of session in every kind of light, what she loves most is when people stop performing for the camera. That's where the real photographs live.
