About Me
The person behind the lens
Samantha Cruz has been shooting in East Texas for eight years. She started with her mother's film camera at twelve and never put one down. After studying fine art at UT Austin, she came home to Tyler and found her work: real people, real light, real moments.
Her sessions are quiet and unhurried. She arrives early, scouts the light, and rarely asks anyone to pose. Most clients say they forgot she was there. That's the whole point.
